AASTCS 3: Giants of Eclipse specifies the following regulations for submission and presentation of abstracts the meeting:

Anyone attending the Giants of Eclipse meeting may submit an abstract
Presenters must be listed as the first author on the paper.
Presenting/first author must register for the meeting.
