Rules and Regulations

DDA specifies the following regulations for submission and presentation of abstracts at a Division on Dynamical Astronomy Meeting:

This year, due to an overseas venue, DDA will allow scientists based outside North America who are not DDA members to submit meeting abstracts. The requirement of active DDA membership is still in place for researchers based in the US and Canada.
Presenters must be listed as the first author on the paper.
Presenting/first author must register for the meeting.

Abstract Login Instructions

To submit an abstract for the DDA 2013 Meeting in Paraty, Brazil you must log in to the abstract system using your AAS username and password. Once you have logged in you will be able to review your profile information. Active AAS/DDA members that live in the US or Canada may submit an abstract. Active and inactive AAS/DDA member that live outside the US or Canada may submit an abstract.
